Bollands Consulting is currently developing a range of training courses aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of Strategic IT Effectiveness, as well as competence and expertise in the SITE Methodology.  This will enable directors and managers to more confidently manage the Strategic IT Effectiveness of their organisation. The final course listed is designed for SITE practitioners, enabling them to conduct SITE Reviews and help their customers achieve increased value for money from IT.
